Thanks DW. I ended the story as I did because Deborah does not strike me as the kind of woman who would just accept her present circumstances - she would certainly fight back! I don't have any plans, right now, to continue this story, but I have deliberately set it up as a tale that can easily have a sequel. I hope that I find the time and energy to do the sequel sometime in the future.
